Savory Pork Chops 1 pkg. butterflied pork chops (2 & cut in 1/2) 1 can Old Fashioned Tomato Rice Soup 1/4 c. water 1 small green bell pepper, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. thyme 1/8 tsp. pepper In large skillet heat 1 Tbl. oil over med. hi heat. Cook chops 1p min. or until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside. Pour off fat. In same skillet, combine soup, water, green pepper, onion and thyme. Heat to boiling, then add chops. Cover and cook till chops are no longer pink. Serves 4 to 6 Yummy!!
