Frosty Fresh Fruit
4 cups buttermilk 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. almond extract or vanilla extract 1/8 tsp. salt 3 cups prepared fresh fruit, cut into chunks or slices
Directions: Mix buttermilk, sugar, extract and salt in large bowl. Gently stir in fruit. Pour into an ungreased 9" square pan and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 10-15 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.
