The combination of cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg in this fluffy dip tantalizes the taste buds.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Allspice 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg 1 cup heavy cream 4 cups fresh fruit, cut into bite size pieces
1. Combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg; set aside.
2. Beat heavy cream until stiff. Gently fold spice mixture into cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Serve with assorted fresh fruit arranged on a serving platter. Makes 16 (2 tablespoon) servings
