April's Tropical Fruit Jell-o Mold (101calories)
Makes about 15 servings Serving size ½ cup<br>This cost about .40 cents per serving about 6.00 for the whole dish. about 101cal. Per serving 0 fat.
3 pkg's (3oz. Each) Island Pineapple Jell-o Gelatin 3 c. boiling water 1- 8oz. can crushed pineapple, squeeze out juice save juice(used Delmonte) 2- 15 oz. Can's Mixed tropical fruit about 2 cups save juice (I used Prestige Tropical fruit) 2 large grated carrots
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. In a 3 c. Measuring cup add juice's from canned fruit add enough cold water to make 3 cup's. Add to gelatin chill until partly set. Add the remaining ingredients stir and chill until set. I Chilled Mine in a Bunt Pan
3 box Island Gelatin = 960 Calories 2- 15 oz. Cans Prestige Tropical Fruit Salad = 350 Calories 1- 8oz. Can crushed Pineapple = 140 Calories 2 Large Carrots = 65 Calories
Total = 1,515 divide this by 15 = 101 Total Calories per serving about 101
