1 pint (480 ml) strawberries, cleaned, hulled 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar 2 cups (480 ml) plain yogurt 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla Grated chocolate 2 T (30 ml) chopped pistachio nuts Whipped cream
Reserve several strawberries for garnish. Puree remainder in blender or food processor. Combine pureed strawberries, sugar, yogurt and vanilla. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Garnish with chocolate, nuts and dab of whipped cream.
Makes 3 or 4 servings.
