Hi papatommie, Welcome to Nancy's Kitchen Recipe Message Board. We're glad to have you join us. I checked the google search engine for some fig preserves recipes. There was such a wealth of recipes that I thought you might like to check them out to see what suits you. If the page doesn't open when you click on the link below it may be nessary for you to copy and paste the information into your browser. www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLC,GGLC:1969-53,GGLC:en&q=recipes+fresh+fig+preserves The Cooks.com website takes some sifting through many other recipes using figs. You may enjoy looking for other ideas while visiting the site. If you are not inclined to look thorugh the various links found, here is a direct link to a recipe from The Houston Chronicle: homecooking.about.com/library/archive/bljelly7.htmI did notice that some of the links listed in Google did not work. Good luck, -Shortcake

For best results, copy the link by moving your mouse from the bottom right of the link to the top left. When it is highlighted, click on copy, then paste into browser. The complete address will appear in the browser window. www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLC,GGLC:1969-53,GGLC:en&q=recipes+fresh+fig+preserves If that doesn't work you might try typing in the google search box. recipes fresh fig preserves Enjoy! cuteascountry_Shortcake
