For 4 Servings:
1 head Romaine lettuce 13 ounces small curd cottage cheese 2 ounces Edam cheese, grated 2 tomatoes, diced salt and pepper 4 large fresh peaches, stones removed and cut into quarters 9 ounces grapes, halved and deseeded Arrange the lettuce on a large serving platter. Mix together the cottage cheese, Edam cheese and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pile into the centre of the lettuce. Arrange the peaches and grapes around the cheese and serve at once.
