I use fresh or frozen rhubarb for this recipe. Rhubarb Dessert Put 6 c. of rhubarb, cut in 1 " pieces, in a 13x9 cake pan and sprinkle with the following in order, DO NOT STIR 1 small pkg strawberry jello 1 c. sugar 1 white or yellow cake mix 1 c. hot water Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 45 minutes. This is good warm or cold. Remember Do Not Stir the ingredients before baking.
