TEXTDoes anyone have a recipe for homemade banana pudding that does not have any kind of pudding mix in it? Any and all help would be very much appreciated and I thank you in advance because I know that as soon as I see the recipe, I'm going to go and make it! ;D [glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow]Melissa

Hi MelissaKay22, Welcome to Nancy's Kitchen Recipe Message Board. We are happy to have you join us. I believe Marilynn (chief_cook) may have posted the recipe you are looking for in the Pie and Pudding Recipes section of the board. Scroll down a bit further. I have moved the post forward to make it easier for you to find her recipes for Cornstarch Pudding. Banana Pudding is one of the variations Marilynn has posted. Here is a tip from MarieAlice: Place a piece of plastic wrap on the surface of cooked pudding or pie filling immediately after pouring to prevent a skin from forming. Happy cooking! -Shortcake
