Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min. a.. 2 Tbs. peanut oil b.. 4 firm bananas, or plantains c.. 2 Tbs. lemon juice d.. 1/8 tsp. black pepper Heat oil in a heavy skillet. In a bowl, cut bananas into slices. Mix in lemon juice and black pepper. Transfer to skillet and cook until crisp, about 4-7 minutes.
