Scalloped Pineapple 4 slices of white bread, cubed, bakery bread or homemade is best 1 cup melted butter (must use butter) 3 eggs, beaten 1 # 2-1/2 can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained 1-1/2 cups white sugar Melt the butter in the glass 1-1/2 qt casserole, tip the dish to "butter" the sides of the casserole. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix to blend. Bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes or til nicely browned and crusty on the edges. The baking temp isn't all that important, Bake it at different temps, but increased or decreased the baking time accordlingly.
