Apple Crisp
3 medium apples 1/2 c flour 1/2 c margarine 3/4 c brown sugar 3/4 c quick cooking rolled oats 3/4 c chopped pecans
Peel apples and remove cores. Slice apples into thin slices. Place into lightly greased round or square 8 or 9" pan. Mix oats, sugar, flour and pecans. Cut in flour until you have course crumbs. Pour over apples. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serve with fresh whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Makes 6 servings
