Apple Fruit Leather
4 C. unsweetened applesauce 1 C. sugar
Preheat oven to 150 degrees F. Place a piece of foil on a 14 X 17 inch baking sheet and spray with nonstick pan spray. Mix the applesauce and sugar together thoroughly; spread this mixture evenly about 1/8 inch thick over the foil in the pan. Place the pan in the oven and leave overnight or until dehydrated, at least 4-6 hours. Allow to cool, then peel the fruit leather off the foil and place on plastic film. Roll leather, ready to eat as desired. You can also cut out shapes, using cookie cutters.
