1-3/4 lbs. salmon fillets, about 1/2 inch thick 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 1 Tbs. lemon juice 1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions: Arrange the salmon in one layer in a microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste. Cover and microwave 5-7 minutes on high, or until edges are flaky. Remove and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
