1-1/2 lb ground beef 15-1/2 oz can kidney beans, drained 1 medium onion, chopped 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1-1/2 to 2 tsp chili powder 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp salt 16 oz can tomatoes (may drain) 1/4 tsp oregano Crumble ground beef in 2 quart casserole. Microwave at high power 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, until meat is almost cooked. Drain fat and break meat into smaller pieces. Add raw vegetables; cook 4 to 5 minutes more at high power. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave at high power for 5 minutes. Remove cover; microwave 20 minutes at medium power. Stir occasionally.
