Caramel-Marshmallow Pecan Logs 16 oz pkg powdered sugar 1-3/4 c marshmallow cream 1-1/2 tsp vanilla 14 oz pkg caramels 3 tbsp water 2 c chopped pecans Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl mixing well (mixture will be dry). Shape into 3 8-in. logs or 5 4-in. logs, pressing firmly. Cover and chill 3 hours. Unwrap caramels; combine caramels and water in a 2-qt. casserole. Microwave uncovered at high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until softened; stir gently. Microwave uncovered at high for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until melted; stir until smooth. WOrking quickly with forks or tongs, roll each log in caramel mixture. Roll in pecans, pressing firmly to cat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Jay
