Pork Chops with a Barbecue Taste
4 boneless, center-cut pork chops, 3/8-inch thick
1/2 cup reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
Stir together salad dressing, barbecue sauce and chili powder. Place pork chops in plastic container. Coat chops with ½ cup sauce. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. Drain marinade from pork and throw away.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place pork chops in skillet and cook for a few minutes on both sides. Pour remaining sauce over chops and cover pan. Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve it with sauce on top.
