Grilled Asparagus 1 pound fresh asparagus 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. 2 Trim bottoms of asparagus. Lightly coat the spears with the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3 Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Makes 4 servings
