RAY'S BBQ RIBS & SAUCE
4 pounds of pork ribs 1 recipe of BBQ sauce (recipe follows below)
Rince ribs with cold water & pat dry with paper towel. Season with salt.
Place ribs bone side down,on grill of a BBQ smoker,Cook over coals 10 min. turn meat side down and cook for 5 min. Then move ribs away from the coals. Add damped hickory wood to slow coals and close smoker hood. Turn ribs every 15 to 20 min. Continue cooking ribs this way with the hood down for a total of 4 hours Basting with the BBQ Sauce the last 45 min . Brush the sauce on both sides of ribs every time you turn them. 4 servings

RAY'S BBQ SAUCE
1 can (8oz.)Tomato Sauce 1/2 Cup Catsup 1 Cup of Water 1 T. Worchestershire Sauce 4 dashes of hot pepper sauce 1 T. Vinegar 1 T. Molasses 1teaspoon. Lemon juice ( bottled ok) 2T. of dried minced onion. 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Combine all the ingrediants in a sauce pan and simmer for 30 min. Brush on ribs.
