Sausage and Peppers 5 pounds Itallian sausage in casing 8 green peppers, sliced 4 large white onions, sliced Put whole sausage links in a large roasting pan and bake at 350* for about 45 minutes or until brown, turning and pricking carefully with a fork at 15-minute intervals. Remove roaster from oven and drain off half of drippings. Cut sausage into desired serving pieces, return to pan. Add peppers and onions and mix well to coat with sausage drippings. Cover and cook for 1/2 hour more or until peppers are just tender. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
