Potluck Hash Browns
4 lb frozen hash browns 1 stick of butter or margarine 24 oz sour cream 1 large (26oz) and 1 small (10 oz) can of cream of chicken soup 4 c (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 c parmesan cheese
Melt butter in a large roaster pan and add hashbrowns. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over hashbrowns. DO NOT stir. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
