So what do y'all consider large??? Is it just the groups?? Or does a family of 8 count?? I am always looking for good menus and recipes to feed my brode.
Nice to meet y'all.

Hello and welcome to Nancy's Kitchen Staci Lyn! Well, most of the recipes posted - except in this section - are for 4 - 6 people. You can double one that feeds 4 easily. I believe that "large" in this section means at least 20 or more. I see that a lot of the recipes are for 50 on up. One of those would take a lot of cutting down for 8. Also, if you check a lot of the casserole recipes will feed anywhere up to 12 people, depending on the size of the dish and amount in it! One web site - www.allrecipes.com - has a little function that you can see a recipe for as many people as you indicate! Have you checked that out yet? We post some of their recipes on this site with a link back to them. Chris in NM
