Prep: 15 min, Cook: 40 min, plus cooling time.
For 75 Servings:
3-1/2 lbs. corn oil margarine 1-3/4 lbs. squares unsweetened chocolate 6-1/4 lbs. sugar 28 eggs 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. vanilla 7 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 7 cups chopped nuts Combine margarine and chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Whisk occasionally until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs. Add melted chocolate mix, vanilla, flour, salt, and baking powder. Blend and fold in chopped nuts. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into squares. Freezes well.
