For 75 Servings:
20 lbs. baking potatoes, scrubbed 4-2/3 cups pesto pasta dressing 1-1/2 Tbs. salt optional, or to taste 1-1/2 Tbs. pepper Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake potatoes 1 hour, or until tender. Serve with pesto and seasoned with salt and pepper.
