9-1/2 lbs. whole wheat English muffins, split, toasted and buttered 2 lbs. slices bacon, cooked 75 eggs, scrambled 3-1/4 lbs. slices tomato 3-1/2 lbs. slices provolone cheese 4-2/3 cups green bell pepper, seeded and chopped Prepare broiler. Top each bottom muffin half with bacon, egg, tomato, cheese. and green pepper. Broil 6 inches from heat 2 minutes, or until cheese melts. Top with remaining muffin halves.
