Fruited Turkey Roasts 2 (3 pounds each) frozen boneless turkey roasts 1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple 2 (10 oz) jars cherry preserves 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Prepare turkey roasts, following package directions. Drain pineapple In saucepan combine pineapple, cherry preserves, lemon juice, and cinnamon; heat. Before serving, spoon some of hot pineapple mixture over turkey. Pass remaining sauce. Serves 22. (Source: Recipes for Entertaining, Better Homes and Gardens)
