Tip of the Day: Ever wonder what you can do with the drippings left from your holiday turkey? Well let me tell you about a cool recipe and easy to make. It's called Turkey Gravy And Biscuits. You take your drippings (basting juices and little pieces of turkey from carving) put them in a frying pan and heat on high heat until good and hot, then you add about 2 tablespoons off flour to make your gravy. Cook until it starts to thicken and then add water and cook until it is thickened like you like it. You can either make your own biscuits or buy them that's up to you. When biscuits are ready, split in half and put your turkey gravy over them. Serve hot. Mmm, Mmm good. Hope you enjoy!
