Apple Butter Jelly 8 c. apple pulp 6 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cloves Boil the apple pulp until thick. Add the sugar and boil down again. Just before removing from the heat, add the cinnamon and cloves. Put in jars and seal.
