Banana Jam 3 cups mashed bananas 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries 6 1/2 cups sugar 1 bottle (6 oz.) Certo Combine first 4 ingredients in large kettle. Stir constantly and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Certo. Pour into hot jelly jars and seal.
Green Tomato Raspberry Jam 5 cups green tomatoes 5 cups sugar 1 (6 oz.) package red raspberry Jello
Wash and core tomatoes. Grind in blender or food processor. Drain thoroughly. In a large saucepot combine with sugar. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and boil rapidly, stirring frequently for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour into glass jars and seal.
