3/4 cup boiling water 1 envelope low calorie lime flavored gelatin 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups buttermilk 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Pour boiling water over gelatin and sugar in a heat-proof bowl, stirring until both are completely dissolved. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Chill in the freezer until thickened. Beat mixture until foamy. Pour into freezing tray, and freeze until firm. Makes 8, one half cup servings, at 70 calories each.
