RECIPE FOR CHEATERS PUMPKIN ICE CREAM: 1 cup canned or cooked pumpkin 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened Directions: In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin and pie spice until well blended. Stir in ice cream. Freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with gingersnaps. 4-6 servings.
