Snickers Ice Cream Pie (on the light side) 4 cups lite ice cream, chocolate or vanilla 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter 2 (3 ounce) packages chocolate or butterscotch sugar free pudding Soften ice cream. Mix in all other ingredients. Spread in 8 inch pie pan. Freeze. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with whipped topping. Serves 8.
