SUGAR-FREE RED SORBET
2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed 3 cup cubed watermelon, seeded 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup water 12 (1 gram) packets Equal sweetener
In blender or food processor puree raspberries. Strain and discard seeds. Puree watermelon. In small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over the 1/4 cup water. Cook and stir until gelatin dissolves. Combine all and freeze
