Ingredents--I envelope unflavored gelatin / 1 cup 1% low-fat milk / 1/3 cup sugar or sugar substitute / 1-1.4 cup plain non-fat yogurt / 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen......instructions----In a saucepan sprinkle gelatin over milk and let stand for 1 minute...stir in sugar and set over moderately low heat--stirring about 2 minutes until dissolved......ALLOW to cool until thickened stirring occassionally......Transfer mixture to a large bowl and whisk in yogurt..Fold in the straeberries......FREEZE the mixture in an ice cream maker..
