Fudge Sundae Pie
1/4 cup corn syrup 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar 3 tablespoons margarine 2-1/2 cups Rice Krispies
Combine first 3 ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until mixture begins to boil. Remove rom heat, add Rice Krispies. Stir until well coated. Press into greased 9" pie plate for crust. Place in freezer.
Mix together: 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup ice cream fudge sauce 3 tablespoons corn syrup
Spread over crust; freeze until firm.
1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened.
Pack ice cream into crust evenly. (if making ahead, refreeze at this time and continue on when ready to serve)
Make a second batch of sauce. Heat and pour over ice cream to serve.
If pie is frozen hard, set out at room temperature for 10 minutes before pouring sauce over and cutting.
Serves 1 (just kidding!)
