1 c fruit and its juice 1 c skim milk 1/2 c instant non-fat dry milk 1 t honey 1/2 t vanilla 10 popsicle sticks
Mix together fruit and milks. Whip in honey and vanilla until fruit mixture is well blended. Freeze in a freezer container or ice cube tray for 40 minutes. Spoon the mixture into the blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or paper cups, insert popsicle sticks and freeze until firm.
