2 peeled bananas 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate; thawed 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk 1/2 cup water 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Put all ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend until foamy. Pour into 6 small paper cups. Freeze. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup.
