Makes 2 Servings This recipe can be used with TURKEY MELT (see below)
Ingredients: 4 slices whole wheat sodium reduced bread; 2 teaspoons low fat mayonnaise; 6 ounces left over roast turkey, sliced; 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Minced Onion Medley Seasoning; 2 slices low fat, low sodium Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions: Spread the bread with mayonnaise, add turkey slices, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Minced Onion seasoning. Lay cheese slices on top. Place second slice of bread on top of each sandwich. Wrap sandwiches in a paper towel. Microwave for 30-35 seconds or until cheese is melted. Potassium per serving: 296mg Note: You can grill these sandwiches in a sandwich grill.
