ASIAN GRILLED CHICKEN Low Sodium Makes 4 Servings
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 3 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Lemon & Herb seasoning 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy seasoning 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger 3 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce 3 Tablespoons sesame oil 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar 8 bamboo skewers
Soak bamboo skewers in enough water to cover. Preheat grill to medium high. Cut chicken into strips. In large shallow dish, mix Mrs. Dash Lemon & Herb seasoning, Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy seasoning, ginger, soy sauce, sesame, and rice vinegar. Add chicken strips to mixture and marinate for 10-15 minutes. Thread the bamboo skewers with the chicken strips, dividing the chicken evenly. Place skewers on grill and cook for 5 minutes, turn, brush remaining marinade over the chicken, cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
