Never throw away beef, chicken or lamb broth. Beat two eggs, add 1 tsp. salt and enough flour to knead into a firm dough by adding 1/2 to 1 whole egg shell of milk. Roll out then and let dry. Old fashioned method - take a bread wrapper and place over straight-back kitchen chair. Use noodle cutter or flour and roll and cut with sharp knife immediately. Sprinkle flour over same if desired. Best at 20 minutes.
