Hey there! My mom used to make this and it was always so good! We never really knew what it was called but we ended up coming up with this name. I hope you like it like my family does
2 pkgs frozen strawberries in syrup(large) 1 large box strawberry jello 2 cartons whipping cream 2 angel food cakes (cut up into cubes)
Once the angel food cake is cut up into cubes, place cake in bowls or deep dish plates. Take the jello and mix according to directions on box but DO NOT add the second cup of water. (the water from the frozen strawberries will make up for it) Add the strawberries to the jello and mix together until the strawberries are thawed and jello starts to congeal. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold into the jello/strawberry mixture. Pour this mixture over the cubed angel food cake. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there!
