Puff Pastry Fruit Tart Prep: 30 min, Cook: 15 min. 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened 1 Tbs. sugar 2 Tbs. orange juice 2 tsp. orange peel, grated 2 cups strawberries, cut in half 2 oranges, peeled, cut in half and sliced 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup orange marmalade, warmed Preheat oven to 400°F. Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface. Roll into a 14x10 inch rectangle. Transfer to a baking sheet. Brush edges of dough with water. Fold up 1/2 inch on all sides, pressing firmly to form rim. Prick holes throughout pastry using a fork. Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Remove and cool on wire rack. Combine next 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread on pastry. Top with remaining fruit. Drizzle marmalade over fruit. Can refrigerate, covered, up to 4 hours.
