Like all great recipes,my copy is written on the back of an oldenvelope. Recipe: 4 eggs1/2 Cup butter, melted 2 Cups white sugar 2 tsp vinegar 1 tsp vanillaCombine all ingredients.Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F till thickened and golden brown.NOTE: Be sure that the sugar is completelydissolved. One way of doing that is to place your mixing bowl in a pan (or sink) of hot water and stir, stir, stir! (Just be careful that you don't cook the filling!) This will keep the filling from forming a "crust."
