*Cooked and drained egg noodles ( determine the amt. needed for your family)
1 family size can cream of Chicken soup 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 cups cooked and diced chicken (breasts or thighs) 1 bag frozen peas and carrots *salt and white pepper to taste
Directions: Cook and drain desired amt. of noodles, and when drained butter them a little. Add the chicken and thawed peas and carrots. In a saucepan, whisk the soup and heavy cream together and heat through. You can add more cream for a thinner soup. Pour over noodles, chicken and veggies, simmer on low about 10 mins or until hot.
