This recipe is like making a pie and pizza and spaghetti all at the same time.
Spaghetti Pie
1 tbsp. Olive oil 4 c. cooked spaghetti (1/2 lb., uncooked) 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 10 fresh basil leaves 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese or Monterey jack cheese extras, your choice, sliced black olives or sliced mushrooms, or green bell pepper slices Use butter flavor shortening to grease a pie plate. Mix leftover spaghetti with sauce and cheese. Add a few extra ingredients if you wish. Pour into pie pan and bake for 30 minutes, until it's crispy on top. Cut it into pieces like a pizza. You can eat with your hands.
