For 4 Servings:
7 ounces lean ground beef or turkey 3-1/2 Tbs. onions, chopped 2 cups spaghetti sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups ziti, cooked, hot 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. In large saucepan over medium high heat, cook ground beef or turkey and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is tender, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, and ziti. Transfer to shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
