Market Peppers & Pasta
Crisp, colorful peppers fresh from the market liven up pasta for a perfect side dish.
Prep: 15 min Cook: 3 min
8 ounces (2 1/2 cups) uncooked dried mostaccioli 3/4 cup thin green bell pepper strips 3/4 cup thin red bell pepper strips 3/4 cup thin yellow or orange bell pepper strips 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic 1/3 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES Fresh Buttery Taste Spread 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray; add pepper strips and garlic. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until peppers are crisply tender and just begin to brown (3 to 5 minutes).
Toss together warm pasta, peppers and all remaining ingredients in large bowl.
