PASTA IN A POT 2 lb. ground beef 2 onions, chopped 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes 1 small can mushrooms 1½ pint sour cream ½ lb. mozzarella cheese ½ lb. provolone cheese 1 lb. macaroni shells Cook beef and drain and add onions, sauce tomatoes, mushrooms (with liquid) and any other spices you would like to add. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook and drain pasta shells. Pour half of shells into a large baking dish. Add half of the sauce, half sour cream and all of the provolone cheese. Add the rest of the shells, sauce, sour cream and all of the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 350º. <br>Remove foil and bake until cheese melted.
