-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/3 Cup Milk 3 Tablespoons butter 1 Pound vermicelli 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese Chopped Fresh Parsley Lemon Twists
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cooking Directions: Combine milk and butter in pan, cook over low heat till butter melts. Set aside and keep warm. Cook vermicelli, drain, rinse with warm water and drain again. Place in bowl and toss with lemon juice; let stand 1 minute. Add cheese and warm milk mixture. Toss well and garnish with chopped parsely and Lemon twists.
