Lobster & Fettuccini Platter 1/2 of a 1 lb.pkg. fettuccini, uncooked 4 Tbl. butter 1/2 lb. Red Lobster shelled 1 - 2 cloves minced garlic 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. chopped fresh dill OR 2 shakes dried dill 1 tsp. salt, if you wish - I don't use it 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper Prepare fettuccine according to package directions to al dente and drain. In large skillet, heat butter. Add lobster and garlic. Cook and stir until lobster is opaque. Combine hot cooked fettuccine, lobster mixture, cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Toss to mix. Serve hot with hard rolls or Italian or French bread rolls.
